What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Associate
As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your main objective is to prevent problems, resolve inquiries, and make our customers happy. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them through phone, chat, and email. This includes answering questions about orders, products, payments, and website assistance. You’ll use various tools to find solutions and communicate effectively with customers.
Working Hours
This role requires flexible hours to meet customer needs. You will work 24/7, with a minimum of 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Shifts may vary and can include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and even national holidays. You will receive your specific schedule closer to your start date.
Basic Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal right to work in India
Possess strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Be comfortable using a computer
Be available to work various shifts between 12 am and 12 pm from Monday to Sunday
Be willing to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekends, and overtime when needed
